After seeing what we had achieved for them using Virtual Reality, Benchmark Homes wanted to know if there was more we could offer. We discussed the opportunities of using augmented reality to bring their plans to the masses, in an original way. With this exciting AR technology, we created a smartphone application for Benchmark’s 30 standard concept plans. The app allows the user to change materials, colours, sun orientation of a home plan, and enables them to see plans in augmented reality.
